Building on the success of its first edition in 2023, the ITECHMER trade show is officially launching the ITECHMER Innovation Awards 2025. This competition is the ideal opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their projects and highlight innovative solutions in a rapidly changing maritime sector.
Exhibitors, get your applications in!
Projects can compete in one of the following three categories:
• Energy transition
• Preservation of the marine environment
• Promotion of aquatic products and co-products
The innovations presented (products or services) must be directly related to the fishing industry and already be on the market or about to be launched.
Interested exhibitors have until 19 September 2025 to submit their application online in their exhibitor space.
The jury of experts from the fishing industry will select one winner per category based on the following criteria:
• the innovative nature of the project
• its environmental or social commitments,
• its close link with the fishing industry.
The winners will benefit from increased visibility among professionals in the sector and promotion of their innovation in support of the fishing industry.
The awards ceremony will take place during the exhibition.
A look back at the winners of the 2023 edition
The previous edition rewarded three projects that stood out for their impact on the sector:
• Energy Transition category: Marinelec Technologies for the HYBA (Hybridisation of a trawler) project led by the CRPMEM in Brittany.
• Marine Environment Preservation category: Seabird for its bio-based, biodegradable and compostable plastic fishing nets
• Aquatic Product and Co-product Promotion category: Breizhmer for its BREIZHMER label for Breton seafood products involving all links in the sector.ER exhibition
